Minnetonka Collision is owner operated. Every vehicle that comes through the door gets measured, photographed and written up before a panel comes off — daily drivers, work fleets and high-end exotics alike. We work directly with your insurance company and handle the claim from start to finish, including the supplements most shops leave you to chase.
You choose the repair shop — not your insurer. Drive in during shop hours for a free written estimate, or ask about mobile estimating and we will come to the vehicle.
Structural work is measured before and after, panels are replaced with the right parts for the year and trim, and refinish work is sprayed to the factory colour code, blended into the panels beside it so the repair disappears in daylight. On newer vehicles that means the safety systems get put back exactly as the manufacturer intended — a bumper is not just a bumper when there are sensors behind it.
We have been doing this long enough that we see the children and grandchildren of our first customers. Fleets, leases, weekend cars and daily drivers all come off the same lifts, and every one of them leaves with our limited lifetime guarantee on the workmanship in writing.

No. You choose the repair shop — we work with every major insurer and bill them directly.
How long will my repair take?
It depends on parts and the extent of the damage. You get a completion date in writing at drop-off, and a call if anything changes.
Will the paint match?
We pull the factory colour code, spray a test card and blend into the panels beside the repair, including specialty and exotic finishes.
Can I get a rental or a tow?
Yes. We arrange rental cars through your claim where it is covered, and our emergency towing runs 24/7.
Is the work guaranteed?
Our workmanship carries a limited lifetime guarantee for as long as you own the vehicle.
